Rank Structure
All of RoSCO's ranks and rank descriptions are found here.
Customer
Customer is the first rank at RoSCO. Customers are the lowest rank in the group and consist of regular players who may explore the store, shop, and order items from staff members. Customers must abide by all RoSCO regulations, including in our group's games and our communications server.
Allied Representative
Allied Representative is the second rank at RoSCO. Allied Representatives consist of members who represent RoSCO's alliances. This rank is not obtainable and is reserved for partnership representatives only.
Noted Customer
Noted Customer is the third rank at RoSCO. Noted Customers have contributed to RoSCO in some way, shape, or form. Noted Customers consist of former SHRs, developers, and graphic designers. This rank is not obtainable and is reserved for specific community members only.
Suspended
A member with the suspended rank cannot work and is not normally attainable. This is the fourth rank at RoSCO.
Trainee
Trainee is the fifth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered an LR rank. Trainees have successfully passed the quiz and are new staff members who are not yet trained. Trainees may work at all store departments, help restock empty shelves, and clean spills. In order to receive a promotion, Trainees must attend and pass a training session.
Junior Associate
Junior Team Member is the sixth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered an LR rank. Junior Team Members have attended and passed one training session. They are allowed to work at all store departments, help restock empty shelves, and clean spills. Additionally, Junior Team Member+ may work as security by purchasing cuffs for 500 Robux. In order to receive a promotion, Junior Team Members must attend and pass another training session.
Senior Associate
Senior Associate is the seventh rank at RoSCO, and it is considered an LR rank. Senior Associates have attended and passed two training sessions. They are allowed to work at all store departments, help restock empty shelves, and clean spills. In order to receive a promotion, they must attend and pass a final training session.
Store Intern
Store Intern is the eighth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered the final LR rank. Store Interns have attended and passed three training sessions. Another way to obtain this rank is by earning 500 points. Store Interns are tasked with working at all departments and serving customers to the best of their ability. Additionally, they may help restock items and clean spills. In order to receive a promotion, Store Interns must get noticed by the host of a shift, by an SHR outside of a shift, or by earning 800 points.
Floor Supervisors
Floor Supervisors is the ninth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered the first MR rank. Floor Supervisors have successfully been noticed by the host of a shift, by an SHR, or have earned 800 points. Floor Supervisors are tasked with working at our store departments, serving our customers, restocking items, and cleaning spills. In order to receive a promotion, Floor Supervisors must be off their three-day cooldown. Additionally, they must get noticed by the host of a shift, by an SHR outside of a shift, or by earning 1,000 points.
Floor Manager
Floor Manager is the tenth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered an MR rank. Floor Managers have successfully been noticed by the host of a shift, by an SHR, or have earned 1,000 points. Floor Managers are tasked with working at departments, serving our customers, restocking items, cleaning spills, and warning trollers if no available HRs can be contacted. Floor Managers receive access to Moderator commands and must use them responsibly. In order to receive a promotion, they must be off their three-day cooldown. Additionally, they must get noticed by the host of a shift, by an SHR outside of a shift, or by earning 2,000 points.
Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager is the eleventh rank at RoSCO, and it is considered an MR rank. Assistant Managers have successfully been noticed by the host of a shift, by an SHR, or have earned 2,000 points. Assistant Managers are tasked with working at departments, serving our customers, restocking items, cleaning spills, and warning trollers if no available HRs can be contacted. Assistant Managers receive access to Moderator commands and must use them responsibly. In order to receive a promotion, they must be off their five-day cooldown. Additionally, they must get noticed by the host of a shift, by an SHR outside of a shift, or by earning 5,000 points.
Store Manager
Store Manager is the twelth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered the last MR rank. Store Managers have successfully been noticed by the host of a shift, by an SHR, or have earned 5,000 points. Store Managers are tasked with working at departments, serving our customers, restocking items, cleaning spills, warning trollers if no available HRs can be contacted, and attending training sessions to help train LRs. Store Managers receive access to Moderator commands and must use them responsibly. In order to be eligible for a promotion, they must be off their two-week cooldown. Additionally, they must get noticed by an SHR or earn 8,000 points. Store Manager promotions occur at random times.
Assistant Director
Assistant Director is the thirteenth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered the first HR rank. Assistant Directors have successfully been noticed by an SHR or have earned 7,000 points. Assistant Directors are tasked with working at departments, serving our customers, attending training sessions to help train LRs, banning any rule violators in the store, hosting shifts, restocking items, and cleaning spills. Assistant Directors receive access to Admin commands and must use them responsibly. In order to be eligible for a promotion, they must be off their two-week cooldown. Additionally, they must get noticed by an SHR or earn 12,000 points.
Store Director
Store Director is the fourteenth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered the second HR rank. Store Directors have successfully been noticed by an SHR or have earned 8,000 points. Store Directors are tasked with working at departments, serving our customers, attending training sessions to help train LRs, banning any rule violators in the store, hosting shifts, restocking items, and cleaning spills. Store Directors receive access to Admin commands and must use them responsibly. In order to be eligible for a promotion, they must be off their two-week cooldown. Additionally, they must get noticed by an SHR or earn 12,000 points.
Board of Directors
Board of Directors is the fifteenth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered an HR rank. Board of Directors have successfully been noticed by an SHR. Board of Directors are tasked with working at departments and/or supervising the store, ensuring all in-store operations run smoothly, banning any rule violators, training LRs, and hosting, co-hosting, ranking at trainings and shifts, restocking items, and cleaning spills. They are also permitted to host trainings without a co-host. Board of Directors receive access to Admin commands and must use them responsibly. In order to be eligible for a promotion, they must be off their one-month cooldown. Additionally, they must get noticed by an SHR.
Senior Board of Directors
Senior Board of Directors is the sixteenth rank at RoSCO, and it is considered an HR rank. Senior Board of Directors are tasked with working at departments and/or supervising the store, ensuring all in-store operations run smoothly, banning any rule violators, restocking items, cleaning spills, training LRs, and hosting, co-hosting, and ranking at trainings and shifts. They are also permitted to host trainings without a co-host. Senior Board of Directors receive access to Admin commands and must use them responsibly. In order to be eligible for a promotion, they must be off their three-month cooldown. Additionally, Head Administrators must unanimously agree to the promotion.
SHR ranks start with Junior Administrator and end with the Group Chairman. SHRs are tasked with managing RoSCO and its daily operations.
